American Express, Diners Club & Credit Card payments
Please be aware that a 1.5% surcharge applies to payments made with all credit cards. For bookings made on third party websites the credit card that the booking was made with must be sighted on arrival.
For all other bookings, the registered guest must provide a valid credit card and photo ID on arrival. If the registered guest does not have a credit card, we require photo ID, full payment and a cash bond of $500 on arrival.
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 18. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal parent/guardian over 18 cannot produce current photo ID.
A one night deposit is required to guarantee all reservations. During specified peak periods, Punthill may request full room prepayment.
In the event of a cancellation or amendment, deposits are refundable, providing Punthill receives sufficient cancellation notification (refer to Cancellation policy).
Please note that a valid credit card must be presented upon arrival to the Punthill Property.
Standard cancellation notice of 24 hours minimum is required, in order to avoid a no show charge of one full night’s tariff. During specified peak periods, a minimum of 21 days notice is required, in order to avoid forfeit of the full deposit amount.
Car parking Charges:
On-site or off-site car parking at selected hotels should booked at the time of making your reservation. Please check car parking availability and prices by contacting your chosen hotel by phone or email. Contact information can be found on the individual hotel pages.
No Party Policy:
Punthill Apartment Hotels & Serviced Apartments have a strict NO PARTY POLICY
The number of guests gathered in the apartment overnight (i.e. after 9pm) must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the apartment.
2 bedroom apartment up to 5 people
3 Bedroom apartment up to 7 people
Any persons exceeding this number will be considered trespassers.
Noise must be kept to a minimum level at all times.
If any noise complaints are received from the neighbouring residents you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Your accommodation tariff will not be refunded. Your security deposit may not be refunded.
Loss or Damage
The registered guest will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to property caused during his/her stay.
Refund of the security bond is subject to inspection of the apartment upon departure and the return of all keys.
The guest will automatically forfeit the bond if:
- Any item is stolen or removed from the premises
- There is any damage caused to Punthill property, by the guest or anyone invited onto the property by the guest. This includes all items and structures inside the apartment and all external and communal areas on Punthill property.
- The guest breaches the above ‘No Parties’ policy and refuses to leave the premises.
