Spacious, Comfortable and Reasonably Priced
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor and it was fantastic. It was exceptionally clean, had 2 bathrooms (one with each bedroom) and a really spacious kitchen, dining and living space. It even had a little ground level balcony area to sit outside! The service was fantastic and super friendly - nothing was too difficult for the team. We had every single one of our requests accommodated and all without any fuss.
There is onsite parking and the accommodation is very affordable for what you get. We have recently discovered the 'Punthill' apartments and have been impressed.
My experience has been completely different to recent reviews I've read - everything was comfortable and we couldn't have had better service.
As a bonus, there is a small dumpling shop around the corner and they make wonderful dumplings!!!!

Convenient location, super helpful management
I stayed here for work and found it very convenient, easy access to transport, shops, etc. On the first night I was troubled by noisy neighbours but when I raised the problem with management it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The one bedroom suite was beautiful, spacious and well-appointed. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice experience staying here for almost 15 days. Very friendly staff. Excellent amenities. Ideal location. Tram station just a hop away. Market nearby. Well connected by tram and bus service. Just 40 minutes to downtown by tram.

Quiet and Peaceful.
We have stayed here many times and it has always been quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Great rooms and in a great position for shopping, handy to Chadstone and Forest Hill shopping facilities. Good booking and check in process with a secure safe car park.
