How do I secure my booking?

Please call us on +61 3 8341 9500 to discuss our available conference packages.

Is there a minimum number of delegates required for the delegates’ packages?

There is a minimum of 15 people for both Full and Half Day Delegate Packages. For catering, there is a minimum spend of $160.

Is the A/V equipment included?

Yes, a portable 75″ digital screen, wireless microphone, webcam, flip chart, whiteboard and WiFi are included.

The room hire also includes notepads, pens, mints, iced water and complimentary arrival tea and coffee.

The John Coleman Room has natural light.

Do you offer food and drinks catering for meetings and events?
