Do you have smoking rooms?
All of our rooms are non smoking. However, we do permit smoking on balconies and in outdoor common areas. Ashtrays are provided in these areas.
Do you have hairdryers?
Yes, all our apartment and hotel rooms have hairdryers! So every day you stay at Punthill will be a good hair day!
Are pets allowed?
We love animals at Punthill but unfortunately pets are not allowed. We made this decision in order to keep things simple for everyone, including other guests, our housekeepers and body corporates. Just to prove how much we love animals however, Punthill has adopted an endangered bear and named him Punter! We also give all our old blankets and mattresses to the Melbourne lost dogs home!
What time is check in?
Check in is officially 2pm, but if your room is ready earlier you are welcome to check in earlier! If you arrive before 2pm and your room isn’t ready we will happily hold your luggage for you.
How far are you from Flinders Street Station?
Punthill at 267 Flinders Lane is just 100 metres from Flinders Street Station and is therefore a great hotel for checking out this wonderful landmark. It’s also an easy walk to Flinders Street Station from Punthill Little Bourke and Punthill Manhattan at 57 Flinders Lane.
